Franklin Kang '94

Franklin Kang ’94 has joined Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli as a principal and Chair of the firm’s Korea practice. Kang counsels clients on vital cross-border litigation and transactional matters, and guides them through all stages of litigation, negotiations, transactions and investigations. He has a particular emphasis in patent litigation before U.S. federal courts and the International Trade Commission and has successfully litigated some of the most significant and high-profile patent cases and complex intellectual property arbitration matters in recent years.
