Lisa Greer Quateman ’74, J.D. ’78

Lisa Greer Quateman ’74, J.D. ’78 has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) – Southern California Chapter. The NACD is the recognized authority on corporate governance and is comprised of more than 13,000 members from public, private and non-profit organizations.

Quateman also serves on a number of corporate and non-profit boards of directors and is a member of the Advisory Board of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate. She is a principal of Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli where she is a nationally recognized capital markets attorney with extensive experience in public government assisted finance and real estate transactional work.
