Kevin Zen, J.D. '07

Snell & Wilmer’s California offices announced that Kevin Zen, J.D. '07, was elected to counsel, effective since January 1, 2019. Zen is a member of the firm’s corporate and securities group in the Orange County office. His practice focuses on capital markets and other corporate transactions. He has experience representing public and private corporations, REITs, investment banks and private equity sponsors in domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, exchange offers, tender offers, note redemptions, share repurchase programs, private placement offerings and other significant corporate transactions. Zen also advises clients on corporate governance, SEC reporting obligations and general securities law matters. His representations have included clients in a wide array of industries, such as industrial goods, automotive services, real estate, healthcare and financial services, among others.
