Biography 

Ally Gong is a career and personal brand coach helping entrepreneurs, artists and creators build aligned careers, increase their income and develop confidence in their personal and professional paths. Through her one-on-one coaching and one-week Dream Brand Launch, she empowers clients to break through limiting beliefs, leverage their unique strengths and create personal brands that attract life-changing opportunities.

With over a decade of experience in social media, digital marketing and brand strategy, Gong helps her clients navigate the evolving digital landscape to build visibility, attract clients and scale their impact. She has worked across Los Angeles, the Bay Area, New York, Seoul, Tokyo and Shanghai, gaining global experience in content creation, marketing, entrepreneurship and business development.

Gong holds a bachelor’s in economics from UCLA and has studied entrepreneurship at Babson College and marketing at Yonsei University in Seoul. She has also trained in mindset coaching, NLP, meditation and cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients overcome self-doubt, shift their mindset, and create lasting and transformative success.

Beyond coaching, Gong is a content creator, writer and entrepreneur. She has run a lifestyle blog for over a decade, self-published two poetry books and was previously signed to a modeling agency in Los Angeles. She currently runs a YouTube channel focused on personal branding growth and career empowerment, and is pursuing certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Passionate about helping UCLA alumni build confidence, clarity, and a strong personal brand, Gong is dedicated to guiding professionals in navigating career transitions, launching and scaling businesses, and unlocking new opportunities in the creator economy.
