Committed to giving back to the community as a physician, Andres uses his knowledge of international studies, as well as his personal history as a first-generation Filipino son of immigrant parents, to shape his future medical practice. His membership in Phi Beta Kappa and the Mortar Board Honor Society speaks not only to his academic excellence, but also to his community service efforts and leadership skills as well. Andres also co-founded the Aesculapian Honor Society, UCLA’s only service-based, premedical honor society.
