Stanley Siegel
Stanley Siegel has been a professor of law at UCLA since 1976. He holds a B.S. from New York University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of The Harvard Law Review. He served on the faculty of the University of Michigan for eight years.
In the expanse of the lecture hall, Siegel has the talent to create an intimate atmosphere which encourages the exchange of ideas. His knowledge and experience as a scholar and practitioner of the law are complemented by a warmth and generosity of spirit. An advocate of the active learning process, Siegel stimulates student participation within a lucid, organized structure.
Professor Siegel has co-authored books, Enterprise Organization and Accounting and Financial Disclosure. He is a member of the Board of Examiners for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
