The COVID-19 task force for the Filipino Young Leaders Program (FYLPRO), chaired by Leezel Tanglao, M.A. '10, has received a Booz Allen foundation grant to build a virtual help desk tailored for Filipinos during COVID19. The platform launched this week and their pilot city, Los Angeles.

Tanglao received her bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount University, earned her master's degree in Asian American studies and is currently a senior editor at HuffPost for membership and innovation. Read her UCLA Alumni Career Programs "Excellence in Action" interview here.
