Ellie Tabibian is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths coach and career counselor helping professionals unleash their best abilities for meaningful success in all phases of career needs. As a faculty instructor at Pepperdine University, she has coached students needing to leave managers, change careers, pivot to different positions and advance in their careers. Her approach utilizes the science and soul of CliftonStrengths throughout the entire process. Science relies on the decades of research in over 50 countries; the soul part is that you will not have to pretend to be anyone else. This process is accelerated for faster results and is a powerful means to experience meaningful success. In 2016/2017, she was awarded the Woman of the Year Award with the National Association of Professional Women.
As a trainer and consultant, Tabibian works with corporate teams during times of transition in management, onboarding and staff engagement initiatives. Leaders who have transitioned into new roles will use their hidden talents with strategic communication to build the trust of their supervisors, teams and clients. With rapid change resulting in ambiguity and high stress, she uses her expertise to quickly build bridges between existing talent and critical business needs. This transformation not only increases engagement in staff, it also positively impacts the wellbeing of new formed teams.
