Bruin Professionals Real Estate Affinity Group Chapter Meeting
UCLA Bruin Professionals (BP) and the Real Estate Alumni Group (REAG) are delighted to announce that noted financier Gary Mozer will be presenting his perspective on the impact of current interest rate fluctuations on real estate investments. Gary has arranged in excess of $30 billion of debt and equity financing for a broad array of real estate transactions. As former Principal and Managing Partner at George Smith Partners, Gary was the largest individual producer, placing approximately $2 billion annually. He is currently the Executive Managing Director of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) Capital Markets. With two decades of commercial mortgage brokerage experience, Gary has developed an in-depth knowledge of virtually all property types. He is an alumnus of University of Michigan, University of Wisconsin, and Harvard Business School as well as a regular lecturer at the UCLA Anderson School.
