Join Westside Bruins and partake in our blood drive. Donate blood and platelets and support our LA community. Your donation aids the recent blood and platelet shortage. Share your photos and stories with us!
Blood donation is considered essential per the Governor’s executive order. We appreciate your support for our patients.
UCLA Blood & Platelet Center has two locations:
Gayley (Westwood Village) - 1045 Gayley Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90024
Ackerman (UCLA campus) - 308 Westwood Plaza - A level Los Angeles, CA 90095
How to make an appointment:
- Go to ucedonor.com.
- Click Donor Centers > Ackerman > Schedule an Appointment or call (310) 983-3228. Contact the UCLA Blood & Platelet Center for free parking.
When you donate:
- Bring your photo ID.
- Remember to eat well and increase your fluid intake a couple of days before and the day of your donation.
- Please scan the Westside Bruins QR code at the Blood & Platelet Center.
