Please join UCLA Bruin Professionals and Asian Pacific Alumni of UCLA for a Lunar New Year Sake-Pairing Dinner at Sake Dojo in Little Tokyo (333 E. 1st Street, LA 90012) Wednesday, February 22nd from 5-7pm. Come learn about hand-selected sake from a professional sommelier while enjoying a specifically-curated menu prepared by culinary chef Don Tahara. Menu will include six food pairings: Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura, Agedashi Tofu, Tebasaki Wings, Ginger Beef Skewers, Buta No Kakuni (braised pork belly) and Shokupan Bread Pudding with Kokuto Syrup. Space is limited - please RSVP asap.
Pricing: $65/person. Please consider donating an extra $15-$25 to help victims of the Monterey Park shooting.
