In times of stress and uncertainty, taking a pause can reduce overwhelm and bring clarity. This session offers a space to pause, ground yourself, and build resilience through guided meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness.

The session is led by Michal Rinkevich (MBA '14), a healing arts and meditation practitioner since 1995, and a teacher since 2006.

12:05–12:30 PM | Guided Practice (Breathwork & Meditation)
12:30–1:00 PM | Q&A and Discussion

Whether you're affected by the wildfires or simply navigating life's uncertainties, this session is open to all. You’re welcome to join for the full session or just the practice portion.

No prior experience is needed—just a moment to breathe.
