Spooky Stories in the Dark at UCLA

The UCLA Latino Alumni Association, UCLA Black Alumni Association, Academic Advancement Program Alumni Network, Mixed Alumni Association, American Indian Alumni of UCLA, Undocumented Alumni Association of UCLA, and Transfer Student Alumni Network invite you to.... "Spooky Stories in the Dark" on October 31, 2024! This Halloween/Dia De Los Muertos event celebrates Latinx and all spooky stories and folklore, welcoming all members of UCLA and the community to come together. The event will feature storytellers who will share their spooky tales from Latinx and all cultures. It promises to be an evening of cultural celebration, community bonding, and eerie fun.

Attendees—including alumni, current students, and community members—are encouraged to join in costume or enjoy Dia De Muertos face painting. The event will feature a temporary Mexican altar where loved ones can be honored and viewed. UCLA Student-led orgs will be tabling and in attendance during the event as well.
