Join the UCLA Alumni Taiwan Network for a music inspired cycling workout led by alumna DJ Christy Liu. This 45-minute workout includes a warm-up session, upper body sequence with hand weights to sculpt arms and shoulders, periods of stretches in between interval trainings, and a cool-down segment. Come discover a more powerful, happier, and energetic version of you.
Following the session, we will head to dinner together. Guests are responsible for covering the cost of what they order at the restaurant.
