We live in times of exponential change. COVID-19 has disrupted our lives in ways no one would have thought possible two years ago. Technology is advancing rapidly and our economy is facing more frequent disruptions, and mastering these challenges has become a critical leadership skill. How does dealing with crises shape the “beyond” of leadership, and what have we learned from the pandemic that will help us not only navigate change, but thrive through it? What does Los Angeles need from its leadership in a post-pandemic recovery?

In this webinar, we will be joined by Coro’s 2022 Crystal Eagle Award Honorees — Gene Block, Wendy Chang, Billie Greer, and Fred Terrell — who will share their insights on what the future holds. This webinar features Coro’s 2022 Gala honorees: Gene Block, UCLA Chancellor; Wendy Chang, Director of the Dwight Stuart Youth Fund; Billie Greer, Public Policy Advisor; and Fred Terrell, Senior Advisor at Centerbridge Partners, L.P. and Former Executive Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Credit Suisse. The webinar will be moderated by Coro Board Vice Chair and Gala Committee Chair Raúl Bustillos, Senior Vice President of Community Relations at Bank of America.
