Homelessness results from the intersection of multiple economic and social risk factors, and nowhere are those risk factors more acute than in California. In a reprisal of their popular session at last month's UCLA Lake Arrowhead Symposium, our guest presenters will share the conditions that put people at higher risk of homelessness, and that complicate the return to stable housing. Speakers will also discuss the policies that can prevent homelessness and the services and programs needed to humanely assist those experiencing homelessness, with a moderated conversation and audience Q&A to follow.
Join us and a panel of vibrant speakers on Thursday, Nov. 17 to learn more. This event is the first installment in the quarterly Housing, Equity, and Communities series: A collaboration between the UCLA Lewis Center for Regional Policy Studies and the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate.
