Biography
Marge Ang is a Career Management and Leadership Development Coach at the UCLA Anderson Professional MBA Career Management Center. She is focused on helping career professionals build confidence, develop leadership skills, and sustain rewarding careers. She specializes in career pivots – helping clients make successful transitions and adapt to a fast-changing business environment. Marge also empowers clients to navigate corporate life successfully – from developing effective cross-functional team leadership skills to influencing without authority, and managing up.

Marge is also an innovative marketer with a passion for technology and all things marketing. Her coaching practice is grounded in over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the tech industry – leading through real business challenges at Fortune 500 companies and startups (Intel, Samsung, iRobot, Tivic Health, Plutora, Adobe). Her mission is driven by her own career pivots and corporate leadership experience.

Marge is a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC, ACC) and received an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
