Bio

Milind Raval is an ICF ACC Credential Executive/Leadership Coach, who specializes in helping leaders at all levels find ways to get unstuck. He’s an empathetic listener, proactively prompts his clients to think differently and provides a casual, safe space for clients to open up and be vulnerable and honest. He earned his executive coaching certification from NYU in December 2024, followed by his ICF ACC Credential in January 2025. Additionally, he is a certified Gallup Strengths Finders coach. He also mentors young people through volunteer work at The Lantern Network, LA Works and thinkLA. 

With a background in running various advertising agencies, he possesses a deep understanding of the communications, marketing and advertising fields. His experience working with Fortune 500 clients in the automotive, finance, retail and technology sectors has given him insight into how executives in these companies operate.
