UCLA Volunteer Day 2015

Get ready for UCLA Volunteer Day! 2015 marks the seventh anniversary of this giant day of Bruin service.

On Saturday, September 26, 2015, incoming year freshmen and transfer students will join together with continuing undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and community members to visit more than 40 sites across greater Los Angeles plus more outside of LA and California. Volunteers will give service at K-12 schools, food banks, parks, shelters, veterans’ facilities, and neighborhood centers.

UCLA Volunteer Day has become a cornerstone of the UCLA experience. It is the nation’s largest community participation event for new students, occurring during True Bruin Welcome Week in September.  This year the Volunteer Center would like more than just our local alumni to participate, so the date is set for Saturday, September 26^th!  Alumni all over the nation will now have an opportunity to participate in volunteer activities in their local communities with other Bruins.  Listed below are cities and venues and we hope you will be able to participate in this day of service.
