Setting Up Your Meeting
If setting up your own meeting, you are expected to have a password or have a waiting room to ensure that only assigned guests are in attendance. While your setting may look different you may reference here (tab 3) for general information.
Managing Your Meeting
We encourage you to log in 15 minutes prior to the start of the event in case guests arrive early. You may also want to have your list of guests accessible to check them off as they enter your meeting. For details on managing your waiting room click here (tab 5).
As your meeting begins you may make the following remarks to welcome everyone:
“Be respectful of other students, guests, staff and volunteers.
Inclusive space: Community is an important value to the UCLA Alumni Association. We expect all members and participants to abide by UCLA's True Bruin Values and Principles of Community.
Please mute your microphone when not speaking.
If comfortable, keep your camera on."
