About the Speaker: Mr. Bartlett has been invested in residential real estate since 1997. He uses that experience to profitably flip homes.
In 2018 he founded Flip Great, a company disrupting the home flipping industry by allowing Home Owners to share in home flipping profits with virtually no risk.
Previously he managed the profitable acquisition, renovation and sale of Multifamily and Single-Family properties in Sequoia Real Estate Partners' Pacific Value Opportunities Funds I and II, where he was a Managing Director.
His work and research, has been profiled by the Wall Street Journal, Fox Business, the Los Angeles Business Journal and ATTOM Housing News.
In early 2005 he accurately predicted the 2008 real estate crash.
Mr. Bartlett was a double major at UCSB in Business-Economics/ Poli Sci, and has an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School.
