UMAA Admin Assistant
Takes minutes at meetings, organizes and maintains UMAA’s documentation, and follows up with UMAA team members to ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.
UMAA Webpage Admin
Maintains and updates the UMAA web page on the UCLA Alumni Association site. Requires a basic to advanced understanding of WordPress.
UMAA Social Media team (2 positions available)
Helps develop UMAA’s social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Manages and coordinates content and posts to ensure consistency in activity.
UMAA Recruitment team (3 positions available)
Conducts alumni recruitment strategies to help build UMAA’s membership base. Strategies include phonebanking, coordinating with the MSA to transition graduating students into UMAA, etc.
UMAA Email team (2 positions available)
Collects, organizes and prepares content for upcoming emails and eventually newsletters to send out to our alumni members.
