Central Valley Network: UCLA Volunteer Day

Home fires claim seven lives every day, but you can help change that. Join the American Red Cross during a local Sound the Alarm event in Fresno. No prior experience is necessary; they will provide all the training you will need.

In partnership with Farber Educational Center, join the Central Valley Network to conduct free smoke alarm installations and provide home fire preparedness education in Fresno. We can't do it without you! Family members or friends can sign-up as well.

Drinks, snacks and lunch provided.
What to wear: Comfortable clothes (UCLA gear is highly encouraged) and closed toe shoes.
What to bring: Water bottle, hat and sunscreen
Snacks and extra water will be provided

This event will be held rain or shine.

To participate, you would need to individually register on the American Red Cross volunteer site and create a Volunteer Connection Account. It generally requires your name, address, and agreement to policies. Volunteers would have to bring a photo ID to the event day of.
