  • For all events:All-day parking is available for $12* in UCLA Lot 2, just south of the Faculty Center. Use the Hilgard/Westholme entrance and tell the kiosk attendant you are with The Affiliates. There is also metered parking located at the south end of Lot 2. Enter the structure from the south via Manning and the entrance is right there on Manning with a sign that says Pay By Space. It can also be accessed from Charles Young Drive East, around the corner from the Manning entrance. Rates are $3 for 1 hour and $6 for 2 hours. After that, it’s $12 for all day.HINT: Your best chance of finding an all-day parking place most quickly is by driving straight up to the rooftop level (where there is elevator service to the street level), where parking spots are most likely at that time of day. GO GREEN — CAR POOL!*Parking is also available for $5 for those who have a disabled parking placard or license plate. You must talk to your doctor about whether or not you are qualified to have one; it is up to him or her to decide. If you think you might qualify, click HERE. An official DMV form (stored in our News & Updates section) will appear which you can type up right on-screen. After you’ve filled it in, print it out and take it to your doctor.
  • OUR MEAL RESERVATION POLICY:The Affiliates Board of Directors has implemented the following procedure to guarantee your meal choice at our events:All meal reservations received by Sharon Dean on or before the deadline date are submitted to the Faculty Center 72 hours prior to the event for ordering food. Please note that any reservation received after this date — mail-ins and walk-ins alike — will be charged an extra $5.00 and be subject to chef’s choice: we cannot honor meal choices at this late stage.
