  • Jose Arellano — An organizational leader and entrepreneur who began at Homeboy Industries as a trainee in 2013 and rose to vice president of operations, where he drives growth, workforce development, and reentry programs; he is also the owner of Tepito Coffee and a recognized speaker on leadership and resilience.
  • Fabian Debora — An accomplished Chicano artist, educator, and community advocate, he is the founder and executive director of the Homeboy Art Academy. He uses art as a tool for empowerment and healing, with a career spanning murals, fine art, arts education, and community service that has earned him national recognition.
