8 a.m.	Breakfast and Networking
8:30 a.m.	Opening Remarks and the Strategic Plan Hear from UCLA Alumni Associate Vice Chancellor Julie Sina and UCLA Alumni Board member Matt Saucedo ’11 about the UCLA Alumni Association’s strategic plan to reimagine alumni engagement and amplify the Alumni Association’s identity. Susan Lewis, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, will also discuss the launch of The Bruin Promise, Chancellor Block’s commitment to lifelong learning.
9:15 a.m.	Best Practices of Engagement Panel This panel will showcase networks who are programming in the Life Stage model and are reimagining engagement.
10 a.m.	Break
10:15 a.m.	Scholarship Panel Learn the best practices of raising money for alumni network scholarships.
11 a.m.	Track A: Treasurer Training Whether you are a longstanding or a new treasurer with your network, Finance staff members Nancy Mendez and Marlow McCurdy will help you brush up on everything you need to know to keep your network in good standing. Track B: Recruiting and Retention Panel Learn tactics and strategies for recruiting new network board members and moving existing volunteers into leadership positions. Learn key takeaways that you can immediately implement with your network to advance your recruitment and retention goals.
Noon	Lunch
12:30 p.m.	Closing Thoughts Given by UCLA Alumni Associate Vice Chancellor Julie Sina and UCLA Alumni Board member Paco Retana ’87, M.S.W. ’90.
2 p.m.	UCLA Gymnastics vs. Arizona State Take advantage of complimentary entry into Pauley Pavilion to cheer on the fourth-ranked UCLA Gymnastics team.

In lieu of this annual conference, we launched our Leaders 2 Leaders series that aims to educate and empower volunteer leaders of UCLA Alumni through on-going leadership development.
